I'm not even going to try to get into this, but can I suggest:

Chris/Thomas, you both clearly have your differences of opinion and also it
seems that along the way many messages have got misinterpreted etc.

Can you quit arguing the toss over what dates things were reported? What's
in the past is in the past. I think you should both put things behind you
and simply come to an agreement whereby Thomas gets paid and Chris gets a
fixed version of appp. Simple.

Arguing over dates of e-mails is NOT useful, helpful or anything but
antagonising. For the sake of your own blood pressures and everyone else's
sanity please retreat to private mail (or maybe even a phone call??), stop
arguing and come to a solution? :)
