OK. Fine. You think Chris stole your work, he makes a argument
based on the time line and your agreement that he had to pirate it.
Whatever. This is reminds me of when I was a kid and one of
my playmates scratched my bike, because I wrecked his. How old
are you guys anyway? You need to agree to disagree on some
of your facts and move on, else gather your evidence and hire
an attorneys and get it settled. I am getting tired of the
did so, did not, ranting. Though it's clearly been interesting.

If I was going to buy something like that I would demand a
demonstration that the bug is in fact fixed. Thomas it sounds
like you had delivered the device to Chris for inclusion into
NC. If you didn't like the terms why did you deliver the
software?
I understand Chris's logic that once the decision was made to
put NC onsale, a long series of preparations and arrangements
have to be made long in advance of the target sale date. I
think Chris has a good argument that you bargained in bad faith
by trying to pull your already delivered product at the last
minute. In any event, you boys need to come to some agreement
and move on.
Sorry for butting in, but this crap is starting to get on
my nerves.
