I managed to get the tags file situation fixed. Ended up using Chuck
Hollenbeck's fixtags utility and did a unique merge on two tag files. The
size of the nttags.dat file right now is 1,320k and it started working once
I copied it into the c:\nt\msg directory. So, once the large tag file was
made, nettamer had no problem using it which even if it is not a new car is
good news.
