That will be true to a very limited extent. Newspapers are driven solely by ad revenues. The IT industry ad spend is entirely driven by closed software. Every ad that has a micro$oft logo is heavily subsidised by M$. Consequently for every article which has a few pro FOSS lines you will have nine with some antifoss innuendo. Infact invariably every article with a positive foss statement will end with a -ve spin.
