While I commiserate with you on the legalise in various licences, I
would strongly recommend anyone creating copyrighted works to read
copyright law and licences sufficiently to be able to use some of
them for their own works. It is mandatory, more so if you intend to
create your own licence.

Ignorance of law is a very weak defence and a disaster in attack.

The newspapers in Mumbai carried an article on a C spat in Mumbai HC,
between the claimed inheritors of the scripts of "Jaane Bhi Do Yaro"
and the claimed holders of the copyright. 17 years after the script
writer died and 25 years after the serial stopped.

There have been similiar spats between Naushad Ali the music director
and the erstwhile HMV/Gramaphone Company of India. Afaik it was about
those ghastly remixes.

Without sitting with a copyright law team, that has a good
understanding of copyleft principals, trying to forge a licence is
pointless.

Regarding the position on registration with the copyright board, This
(afaik) is applicable to un published works. If you intend to expose
your work to a tiny audience, this is an excellent mechanism of
protection.
