Well, you did have discussion with Pranesh, who is an expert and who, as 
far as I know, strongly discouraged you from trying to push this 
licence.  Now you have had discussion with the list.  You could try 
writing to the licence-discuss list at opensource.org, or the debian-
legal list, which are also populated by experts.  If you can catch RMS 
or Moglen when they're next in Delhi you can try to discuss with them 
too.  You meet with Prabir on a regular basis, and while I don't know 
his expertise in licensing, I'm sure he would have some advice one way 
or the other.

Unfortunately, I don't see any chance of any of these experts endorsing 
your licence or encouraging you to carry on with making your own 
licence.  However, you don't have to take my word for it, please /do/ 
discuss with experts and form your own conclusions.

In the end, if you want to muddy the licensing waters further by 
publishing your own licence, no one can stop you.  Your call.  I have no 
more to say on this subject.
