This is a nice initiative you have taken.
As per me, I can help out with Ubuntu in general (I have successfully
migrated 10 colleges one business school and 2 sugar companies to total
foss in Maharashtra).
I as you know do a lot of workshops on this aspect.
In addition Orca is also on the list.
I am also maintaining a good team for this work.
