If we're only making a list without adding any value, why not let the 
consultants just use an existing resource like 
http://www.commandprompt.com/community/consultants/guide/ or 
http://www.linuxselfhelp.com/howtos/Consultants/Consultants-HOWTO.html , 
encourage members to add their information there, and give a pointer to 
the meta-resource on the wiki?  For instance, the first one already has 
a list of ~150 consultants from India.

Is there any point in duplicating an existing effort?
