Very relevant issue raided Andrew. We do need to join hand and be

Yes the points you raise are valid. Thats why, perhaps we should just begin with a simple list of resource persons/institutions without making any qualification (caveat emptor). and as we discuss and find answers to these questions, enhance the list with additional attributes to make it more useful.

Can the list administrator make a wiki as HS Rai suggested, and I can update it with the 3 names I have received (request interested others to update the wiki or mail the list so we can update the wiki)
