The worst of the these are the so called flexible hours, which in short translate into "come at your will but dont go untill manager leaves". If such rules with idiocy are not forced, the mis-managed mangers would screw the life of the workers.
And what is it you have with "Dont like the terms find another job". When whole of the industry is forcing crap conditions, state has to step in. Read the news item, the rules have been created based on inputs from unions/associations. Just because you are highly paid doesnt mean you have to work at weird hours.
