Why are you not understanding a simple point. The whole issue is about safety and security of women employees and thats the priority...Not about Capitalism or Socialism or other isms, its about common sense. I am concerned about the safety of my wife or my sister after 8 pm travelling 2 hours to the house. Organization functioning and other things come only after this. There are n number of cases were women are being assaulted - if this simple point cant be seen, then there is no other blind person...
It will be welcome if males are also included, but just because males are not included why attack on women's issue? Moreover itsthe case of bread and butter , not like somebody here said - if you dont like terms and conditions quit the job. For that gentleman's kind information, unemployment is a huge problem in our country and for the existing share a large competition....which the corporates taking advantage and unfortunately the Govt which are supposed to be "for people" are also helping them... Also for the gentleman, for whom functioning of business is a big concern - Corporates in US, and other european countries give good protection for women and value labour laws in IT than in our country....
