I suspect you're talking about a *certain* couple of experimental
modules that do something with funky macros which few of us understand
:)
The mod_case_filter[_in] modules were added after I picked a set of
modules for my regression builds. I'll add them now so they stay up
to date, but I'll punt on the mod_optional* stuff. In the past my
preprocessor has not been sufficient to get those building in a
reasonable period of time.
