[newbie] Install Error

Hi folks     Installing 2005LED on to my machine after trashing the file system on 10.1 during a power cut. Finally got the partitions set up close to what I wanted but now when I go for the existing partitions option I get a list of my partitions. I then click ok and get this error msg: "Can't open /tmp/mdkinst.clp for reading: device or resource busy." When I click ok I get taken back to drakx partitioning wizard. Any ideas?
