Actually, PCLOS is what I use on my laptop, and in many things it is far better put together than Mandriva and far easier to use out of the box. However I remote support a few family members who have it on their machines hence my need to stay up to date here.
Also Tex is very open that he doesn't want to support servers or developers or x64 which are areas that up to now Mandriva has filled my needs for (or 'foreign' languages either). With a new Athlon 64 box just around the corner I may need to find another distro for this. The new Suse is looking quite good, provided they keep up their KDE support, and Gentoo would be tempting if I had the time.
