Go to Control Panel in Win2K then go to add/remove windows components (not sure this is the real name for it, but it's close), then go through the details and you will find an extra check box for 'Unix Printing' and install that.

Not sure if it will need any configuration, but it should be automatic. Check Services in Computer Management to make sure that (IF) it's a service, that it is started automatically when you restart the Win2K box.
