well I am not sure about VMWare, did you check support for vc++. for that 
it might be tough,
I know some emu's have limits on what they can do. and if you are going to 
use the vs.net products
in the future i dont think it will work at all, vs.net will not install on 
windows, only nt 4 or 2000,
95, 98, and ME it will not work on, and i am unsure if they even support 2k 
or nt applications.
