Thanks all of u guys ... 
My monitors are alive now
Guess what i was editing the wrong file 

I was editing XF86Config in /etc/X11 all the while 
but X was using XF86Config-4 in /etc/X11

is it supposed to do that ?
i thought XF86Config was the file it used ... 
now i edited the XF86Config-4 file and the system is fine  and all (thanks
to carl i got xinerama too)...
