Thanks phil. Just followed up on your suggestion and found nothing at rh, at least I think nothing. But being a new-newbie I'd don't have the skill yet to recognize whether my problem is a bug or not, nothing on their lists seemed to fit. Google gave me more of the same as the other 8 search engines I've used during my research except it provided results using a wider language pallette. So far any of the of the suggestions that I've found and been able to implement have not worked.
