3.3.6 did have support for i810 chipsets.  You may want to follow the i810
howto [1].

Debian 2.2r5 comes with glibc 2.1, if you dont want something messy, point
your apt sources to woody and happy apt-get dist-upgrade. :)  That will
leave you with a glibc 2.2 system.

Still, you will need to put the agpgart support in the kernel, and that is
also explained in the howto.

it appears the libraries were expecting 2.2 version. You can try to update
lib!
