Well... nobody ask for ProxyFactoryFactory but then somebody use it...nobody
ask for events/listeners ("with gusto") but now many people are using it.
nobody ask for tuplizers, nobody ask for entity-mode, nobody ask for
entity-name
nobody ask for a lot of features of NH2.0 but now many developers are using
new features.

more then one are asking for logging abstraction.

I understand "serve concrete needs"; should we talk about "serve concrete
needs" of who ?
