I can make it a bit easier. Loosen the caps on the top of the forks while they are still on the bike before you loosen the clamp bolts that hold the forks. DON'T REMOVE THE CAPS YET. Remove the wheel, fender, etc. Complete the front end disassembly. Remove the Allen bolt in the bottom of the fork leg. You should use a hammer impact tool for this. Remove dust seal and C clip. Clamp fork bottom in a large vise and pull tube sharply upward. The tube will (should) come out carrying the syntalic bushing and defective seal with it. Now remove the caps and flush and clean all parts. Drive new seal down with a piece of PVC tubing (ID=tube, OD=less than bottom ID) Reinstall caps on tubes and place in bottoms, reinstall Allen bolts.
