Well the airbox/filter were definitely saturated. I had pulled them and cleaned/re-oiled the filter, but the bubbling persisted.
I found the source of the bubbling though finally! I only had to strip halfway to the frame to find it.. Apparently a ton of fuel had piled up in the crankcase breather system. I pulled the plug on that to drain it, and a whole wack of fuel poured out.
