Afraid I have a different take on this: Unlike most crotch rocketeers who terrorize the motoring public with their high-speed foolishness, the dumbass got caught. Now wants to mitigate by turning his illegal behavior on the cop by claiming victim status.
That's bullsh*t. In my view, the cop did what he was supposed to -- he put a stop to it before somebody got hurt, plain clothes, no badge...whatever. If I'd been the perp I woulda destroyed my own tape to avoid the embarassment of my stupidity becoming even more public than it already was.
