Javier and Kyle pointed out all the reasons I feel the way I do about the situation with one exception. While I agree doing things like he does in the beginning of the video in traffic really really stupid and yeah he does need a good smacking for it, note what he was doing while the cop could see him. The only violation the cop saw was moving at 15mph over (I doubt the cop had a radar gun on the biker) and crossing 2 empty lanes without signaling. Sounds like grounding for a ticket with no warning to me but this guy? He severely over reacts by drawing cutting this biker off in an unmarked car and drawing his weapon. On top of that when he finds out the video, which he clearly knew was being made, of him making a fool of himself is on the internet he and his chief decide to retaliate and push a bogus charge on this guy to try and make himself feel better and keep the department's image. Sorry Surf, while this guy needs a smack in the head that cop needs to be flipping burgers far more than this biker needs to lose his license or do jail time. There are some good cops, a lot of decent cops, and a few bullies that should never have been allowed a badge.
