I agree he should have been ticketed. In the article he agrees too. But the cops raiding his house and detaining his parents and confiscating every computer and the camera is wrong. Trumped up "wire tapping" charges are wrong too. The cop pulling his gun is questionable, showing his badge would have been a better move.
