That CX is definitely not a rider especially considering how rare the turbo 650s are. I've been looking at a Magna as a replacement for my 450. The V4 intrigues me as does the anti-dive brake system. My 450 is a blast but it's just too cramped and doesn't have enough cubes for any serious freeway riding.
