In the middle of the adventures on my bike last night I found that an extra
ground had been added. I understand the purpose of this is because you feel
that the Honda engineers didn't do a good enough job grounding the wiring so
you added your own. I have no problem with this actually as an extra ground
here and there is probably a good thing. But one would assume that the @#$PO
added that ground because he felt the stock one was inadequate and make sure
it had a good connection on both ends, not just wrapped loosely around a
wire and half-vast smashed under a bolt to a piece of plastic trim. At least
he left the ducttape out of THIS operation...
