Joey I've got a set of Bridgestone Spitfires on my 450. I bought the
skins off Bike Bandit, paid $67 for the rear and $56 for the front. I
then pulled both rims with the tires off the bike and took them in the
back of the truck over to a small local bike mechanic. I can't
remember exactly what he charged to install them but I know it was no
more than $50, balancing, and disposal of the old rubber included.
$163 done and done.

This guy is a mechanic, not a dealer or tire installer and doesn't
actually carry tires in his shop so he's probably charging well under
what the stealerships do. Your other option is to put the $150
dollars you'd otherwise be blowing into a harbor freight tire
machine. Just change them yourself and use dynabeads to balance the
tires. There are plenty of articles that describe this process on the
net. http://www.harborfreight.com/motorcycle-tire-changer-attachment-42927.html

Kyle's right though, this all depends on the cost of the rubber you're
buying. Look around and assume the dealer can get them for $20-40
less than you can then figure out how much he's gouging you for.
