The tube coming down to the ground comes from a small tank (smaller than a 
fist) under the airbox and behind the battery.  The tank collects fluids from 
both the airbox and the crankcase. You should see two tubes up from the tank- 
one to the airbox, one to the lower backside of the crankcase (not from the 
valve covers). 

But... Check to be sure that it isn't the overflow from the battery.
