Eric,
this is a very simple task. The only tool you need is a Phillips screw
driver. Take out the seat. Then take out the left panel (just pull it out,
they have no screws or bolts or anything like that). You are going to see a
square black box, with 4 screws. Take the screws out and open the airbox.
You will see the filter there. You just have to pull it out. The new filter
just slides in. Put all back together.

I hope this helps. Sorry I don't have pictures, but I don't think you need
them.
