same deal in florida... Although i think the print it now title is $50... Some people will buy a bike, car, boat and never register it (because it isent on the road yet, or because boats under 16 feet and powered by rowing or wind dont need to be registered... At least in florida) and when its time to sell it they cant find the paperwork..
