How bad is the tank? I've had good luck inflating ATV tanks. Pull it
off, put the cap on, rig a small hose to the outlet, cut off a tire
valve from a bicycle tube, clamp in other end of hose. Inflate with
bicycle pump. Go slow! light tapping with a rubber hammer around the
edges of the dent will help.
