I've had several tanks lined. The first one I did myself. I used
the 3 part process from JC Whitney. It was a messy, long process but
worked fine. The tank didn't leak to begin with however, just lots
of rust that clogged the carbs (a 1987 Suzuki GS450). The next
several tanks I had done by a radiator shop in the area. They
charged $75 - $95 and did a good job on the inside of the tanks.
They botched up the paint work on two of them. Not sure whether to
do the next one myself or have the shop do it. I haven't had any
done that leaked to begin with, Graham

Anyone have good luck with sealers or coatings? There is too many
small pin holes to try and braze them up. Or I'd rather not anyway.
