If it's a single big dent, those work the best. It can be scary as
hell when it finally pops. Like seating the bead on a tire.

Pull it off, put the cap on, rig a small hose to the outlet, cut
off a tire valve from a bicycle tube, clamp in other end of hose.
Inflate with bicycle pump. Go slow! light tapping with a rubber
hammer around the edges of the dent will help.
