Hard to say. The fact that it's been sitting at a dealership for 6+ years would indicate that it's unloved and unwanted for some reason.
The reason could be simply that Honda's has moved on with the newer VTX lineup and that one got stranded in the "over-produced" old school category. The 1100 motor has been around since the late 80s, so the design is ancient compared to more recent models. If I'm not mistaken, Honda has dropped it altogether. And the CZF designation needs some explanation. I've never heard of such. It's a cruiser -- low seat height, feet forward, sit-on-your-tailbone, if that's your preferred style of riding. Uncomfortable on long rides, in my opinion, but I'm a sit up straight, slightly forward touring kinda guy. Price is attractive, but not a gotta-jump-on-it bargain, so dealer's not giving it away. Overall, I'd give it a lukewarm "eh!" (and that might be why it's still sitting there).
