It puts all the responsibility on the biker. As he says, if a girl is on a cell phone and pulls out on me I am responsible. It may work in Iowa, but it would never work in Penna. The drivers in PA would run you off the road. I was in a cage, going to the burm to an exit and people flipped out over that. That said if the cagger is not watching and coming toward me, while traffic is slowing down. I am so there. It is often the only escape from collision situations.
