Jenya, If you are going to do the carbs yourself I would suggest that you get on cx/gl500 forum and order Larry carb book. Go to technical help in forum and ask for link to him. Supposed to be the "carb bible" . Won't tell you how to get them out but you should find that in your factory service manual that is free to download on line. I'm on that forum quite a bit as I have a gl650 and it's the closest forum out there for my bike. Hope this helps. Darin
