I am in NYC - Brooklyn. Not sure if there is anyone around who can help? Hope there is. I am in love with this bike, but the previous owner did neglect it and now I am paying for the years of neglect. If someone is around Brooklyn (Sheepshead bay Area) and can help me get this bike sorted out, I would surely consider it. Thanks in advance, J
