I did some checking on the tube(s) coming from the valve cover after
detaching them and noticing they weren’t letting vapor out from the head,
they were sucking air in.
There are two valves in the top of the valve cover, on either side. They
suck air in from the airbox to burn off unburned fuel. So they aren’t the
issue. That leaves the vapor box on top of the crankcase, harder to get to
so I didn’t try today. Went for a ride on a VMAX instead, Graham
