I know how to navigate to the Received Attachments folder and open them there, but being able to do so from within NE would be nice. >-- > >Yes, it would be. I think NE versions before OS 9 allowed you to command-click on a file name to open it from Attachments Received. Try that; it may work. Older versions allowed you to command-click on a URL to go to that site but NE X does not. >==================== > >After using NE since it was first released, I'm starting to get frustrated with its limitations. Hopefully NW X will integrate with NE X's coding capabilities by using an AppleScript or Nisus Macro to Send a message which had been opened/written in NW X. If you open your mail in Nisus Email (and not in Nisus Writer) you should see a bottom pane (if you have an attachment). You can double click that file there and it should open. Or, If you open your mail in Nisus Writer you should see email "footers" which list the pathname to any attachments. If those attachments are TEXT documents (and not graphics or applications, etc.) you can select the full pathname (but only the pathname) and choose Open Selection from the File Access submenu of the File menu. This opens the file in Nisus Writer. `//rite On! ,\\ark Hurvitz --------------------------------------------------- The Nisus Interactive List [EMAIL PROTECTED] Searchable archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/nisus-interactive%40nisus.com/ To unsubscribe from this list please send a message with "unsubscribe nisus-interactive" in the body of the email to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
