That's a bit more tricky. Like you said, you'd need to find a hoster that would allow you to send thousands of individualized messages per day. Found this : http://group-mail.com/sending-email/email-sending-limits-for-isp-web-hosting-and-free-email-providers/ ..which shows that rackspace has no limit, and based on what you're using it for it should be covered by their aup.
