Check your MTA logs, I am sure they reject your mail for policy (DMARC, SPF, DKIM) reasons. Mailman has some DMARC mitigations in place (basically rewriting the sender's From address to be the list address). Once I ran my mailman instance what have helped is to have a separate delayed mail queue (easy to do in sendmail) for Google Mail, not to send too much there at once. Running a self hosted email became hard these days, mailing lists are very difficult. Marcin
