Hi Ciara,

MoneyWell does not try to reconnect imported transactions. There are
too many problems with that and the QIF files don't specifically give
unique IDs for transfers. Since they are historic, there shouldn't be
a need to connect them. The only thing the connection does is to give
you the ability to change an amount on one side and have it change on
the other, not something usually done with historic transactions.

We have no control over that. Please ask you banks for direct connect
downloads.

Why bother breaking these out? Don't you get a summary report of your
payroll? Instead of spending all your time breaking out transactions
for tax purposes, just glance at your end of year report. MoneyWell
wants you to focus on cash flow instead of tons of detail for
reporting purposes.

If these were in the QIF file, they should be imported into MoneyWell.
Check to make sure that information shows up in your export file.

Right, you'll have to handle imported transfers this way.

It hides the number to make it obvious that you are at zero. This is
like a pat on the back for credit card accounts and loans.

MoneyWell doesn't import budgets, scheduled or memorized transactions
from Quicken. Sorry.

If they were in the QIF file, MoneyWell imported them. These might
have been in your Quicken file.

You should be missing any transactions. Again, MoneyWell only can
create what is in the QIF file so make sure that Quicken exported the
correct categories please.

You can order the buckets with drag and drop to any sequence you
desire. A feature will be added in the future to allow you to reset
the list to alphabetical.

The running balance column is a bug. ;-) If you read the other
threads, you'll understand why I say that.

Thanks!
