hmm - these are transactions imported from quicken... i dont have any new tranasctions yet
On the transaction detail it shows Amount - 60.75 (and the one split bucket) below that total (for split) 127.08... sounds like it imported them wrong... and its systemic to most of the imported splits that i see. its basically got the wrong net amount on all the imports... (btw i am on rc 217 now.. feel free to move this to the right thread - i will leave it up to you :) ) thanks ciara On Jan 7, 10:34 am, Kevin Hoctor <[email protected]> wrote: > On Jan 7, 2009, at 9:20 AM, ciara belle wrote: > > > sorry i said this worked (hide splits) but in fact not completely when > > i look more closely... > > i had a mortgage transaction - which as per most mortgage payments had > > insurance, property tax, interest, and principal payments... but after > > i used the alt hide for the splits - now it just shows 1 of the splits > > -- not the Entire amount withdrawn... not sure if this is a bug or > > not.. :D > > (i am using the mortgate example as that was a net withdrawal > > amount...) > > Ciara, > > If you used your full amount of the actual transaction withdrawn from > your bank account for your parent transaction (it should show as the > Split Total on it), then that's what you'll see if you hide the > splits.
