[~sonixbp], could proceed with making changes to MAC to support single node
Accumulo for now. Later on if we see good reasons for creating
SingleNodeAccumulo, we can do that.
bq. I'm ok with marking MockAccumulo deprecated, but not ok with removing it
until MAC is "as fast".
[~elserj], would you still be concerned about MAC's speed if ACCUMULO-1030 was
implemented?
