Until there's a just-as-fast solution from MAC, I don't like the idea of
removing MockAccumulo.
As stated, there are areas in which MockAccumulo is deficient; however, there
are many ways in which it's completely sufficient.
I'm ok with marking MockAccumulo {{deprecated}}, but not ok with removing it
until MAC is "as fast".
