As an end-to-end framework for testing the behavior of iterators and other
pluggable components, as well as the client code, MAC is very much preferred,
and I would hope it replaces Mock in all those cases. For unit testing, I would
hope that individual components could be mocked independently as needed. So,
from my perspective, anyway, I would like to see Mock Accumulo replaced
entirely.
