Review comment:
       With the changes in https://github.com/apache/geode/pull/6599 now 
merged, could this be changed to make use of the `Coder.equalIgnoreCaseBytes` 
method, with constants for the byte array representations of "REPLACE" and 
"ABSTTL" added to the `StringBytesGlossary` class?
