We're already getting multi hour blackouts on our builds. ASF is using far too much GitHub CI time. The ASF Security email address gets multiple emails saying we've consumed our credits for the month. The era of unlimited free CI time is coming to an end. Building 3 scala 3 version for every git commit is unsustainable. A CI job that runs once a day for Scala 3.9/3.10 would be better in my opinion. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
