Closing the batch of bito **empty-`msgstr`** findings on the new *"Dataset could not be restored."* string as not actionable. In Superset's i18n workflow an empty `msgstr` is the expected initial state for a newly-added source string: gettext falls back to the English `msgid`, and translations are filled in later through the project translation process — not hand-authored in a feature PR. These entries were deliberately seeded empty (see the `i18n(datasets): seed empty msgstr …` commit).
